The romance will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a complimentary glass of champagne and small appetizers. Dinner will follow at 6:30 p.m. The first dinner course will be a creamy lobster bisque topped with lime zest and shaved Mascarpone cheese. The main course will feature a duo-plate consisting of grilled filet mignon topped with a Chianti demi-glaze complimented by colossal shrimp teased with crab meat and lemon beurre blanc. Piquillo pepper risotto, grilled asparagus and honey glazed carrots will fancy the plate. Of course, the color red will be prominent as dessert, a raspberry cheesecake, is served with coffee. The price for the elegant dinner is $59.00 per person, plus tax. A full bar including cocktails and additional wine will be available.
