J. BRYANT HOMES

J. Bryant Homes is a residential building company inspired by custom designed new home builds and renovations, typically ranging in price from $100,000 to $5,000,000. Chuck Waddell is a full-time resident of Big Canoe, living in The Bluffs. He has been working with clients and architects for 30 years, turning their ideas into unique, elegant homes. The company has spent years developing process-based construction systems to ensure a knowledgeable and informative flow of vital information pertaining to specifications, client communication, job tracking and scheduling. Everyone at J. Bryant Homes shares Chuck’s vision for expert building practices and quality construction, coupled with a commitment to manage effectively and efficiently.

MODERN RUSTIC HOMES

The genesis of Modern Rustic Homes began in 1996 with the shared vision of Michael Grant and Joe Dixon to design and build homes which are a blend of Old World craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology. Michael is originally from Thomasville, Georgia and Joe is from the town of Lynnfield, just north of Boston. Together they have built over 300 custom homes, to include log, timber frame, conventional and hybrid building systems. Michael’s residential design has been published in both national and international magazines. His degree from Georgia Tech’s College of Architecture shows in his award winning projects. Joe Dixon’s commitment to quality of construction, attention to details, and project management are reflected in the completed custom homes. As a design/built team they provide the expertise to help you get the home you have envisioned.

MOUNTAIN OAK QUALITY HOMES

Mountain Oak Quality Homes, Inc. is family owned and operated as a father/son team that has over 45 years of experience in the building business. Building homes in Big Canoe since 2001, they perform all levels of building and remodeling with start-to-finish solutions for every project along with full design services. They specialize in custom homes, interior and exterior remodeling, as well as home additions, garages, window and siding replacement and more. They guarantee high-quality construction for each and every project.

PEAGLER CUSTOM HOMES

Peagler Custom Homes builds custom and spec homes in the Big Canoe community. Builder David Peagler is a native Georgian and University of Georgia graduate who specializes in building only a few homes each year, ensuring a high-level of client-builder relationship. David is an avid outdoorsman and is active in the community, serving as the Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 20 in Big Canoe and is involved with the Big Canoe Chapel.

RED OAK FINE HOMES

The dynamic duo of David Tash and Rodney Strickland bring forth plenty of business and industry experience along with honesty, integrity and ingenuity. With a combined total of 35+ years in the construction/remodel industry, Tash and Strickland know that quality and craftsmanship are, and should always be, standard. The Red Oak Fine Homes team has a lot to offer, and you will find working with them to be easy, pleasant and exciting as your home is created before your very eyes. They will assist you every step of the way while always working within your budget to create your custom home.
