There are some incredible health benefits to yoga including preventing disease or rehabbing from an injury. But if practiced regularly, it has shown to improve flexibility, build muscle strength and perfect your posture. Our Fitness Center offers a variety of classes catered to the beginner, all the way to the advanced yogi who prefers to test their skills on a paddleboard in the lake during the summer months.
