Beginners Yoga Series

Ready to begin that New Year’s resolution to get healthy? Join us for a 10-week beginners yoga series on Wednesday afternoons, running consecutively throughout 2017. The classes will be led by Elizabeth Devereux; a yoga instructor at the Big Canoe Fitness Center. Devereux has 26 years of training and work in the field of integrative health, and has a private holistic coaching practice in Big Canoe specializing in unconscious pattern release and energy realignment for optimal health, joy and vitality. Transformational practices, like yoga, enhance our sense of clarity, calm, centeredness, integrity and connectedness, allowing us to perceive and receive life changes, large and small, local and global, in a more open-hearted, equal-minded and resourceful way.
The series schedule flows (10) Wednesdays 3:45 – 4:45 PM, January 4 – March 8, March 15 – May 17, May 24 – July 26, August 2 – October 4 and October 11 – December 13. The cost for a ten- week series is $50 per participant, or $10.00 for each drop-in session. The series is open to non-members of The Fitness Center and can be pro-rated for late registration.
