What:
Street of Dreams, the annual luxury home showcase, heads to Big Canoe in Dawson County this spring with a spectacular collection of five custom-built masterpiece homes located on one street within the new Wildcat neighborhood. Five local builders have teamed with interior designers from Big Canoe and metro-Atlanta to create these luxury homes, which will feature the latest innovations in home building designs, furnishings and accessories.
A Sneak Preview of This Year’s Show:
- A sprawling craft room designed with the hobbyist in mind and featuring a state-of-the-art work table;
- Theme rooms, such as the ultimate basement for entertaining, a fly-tying room for fly-fishing enthusiasts and even a golf simulator;
- A master bedroom retreat with a powder room opening onto a spacious deck;
- A relaxing sunroom/breakfast nook with a stacked-stone fireplace;
- A cutting-edge home office with the sharpest technology and equipment;
- A “No Girls Allowed” treehouse-themed boy’s room complete with a tree growing in one corner.

Adult ticket prices are $12 (weekend)/$10 (weekday); a $2.00 discount is
available for seniors 65+ and children ages 4 - 12. Children under age 4 are free.

Producer:
Street of Dreams, Inc., currently in its 20th year, is a Seattle-based producer of luxury home tours in the United States and Canada. Street of Dreams shows have been produced in Atlanta since 1987. The last show was located at River Oaks in Tyrone in 2004.
Directions:
Via I-575 North:
Take I-575 north until it becomes Highway 515. Turn right onto Highway 108 and then travel 2.2 miles to the intersection of Highways 108 and 53. Go straight onto Highway 53 and travel 13 miles. Turn left onto Steve Tate Highway. Go 2.5 miles on Steve Tate Highway, past the main entrance for Big Canoe. Follow the signs for shuttle parking, which is on the right across from the North Gate.
Via GA 400 North:
Take the Highway 369 exit, turn left and go 12 miles to Yellow Creek Road. Turn right and follow the road until it dead ends. Turn right and travel 1/4 mile to Steve Tate Highway. Go 2.5 miles on Steve Tate Highway, past the main entrance for Big Canoe. Follow the signs for shuttle parking, which is on the right across from the North Gate.
Parking:
Absolutely no parking at Street of Dreams. Parking available across from North Gate. Shuttle service provided to Street of Dreams.
