The
state-of-the-art Fitness Center has enhanced Big Canoe's extensive
amenity package. The 16,000+ sq. ft. facility has everything for your
workout needs!
The Fitness Center adjoins two
indoor tennis courts and has a court for racquetball and squash. The
large exercise area is furnished with top-of-the-line fitness
equipment, free weights, Nautilus strength training machines and ample
cardio machines with a cardio theater. And to complete the facility
there is a 5-lane Olympic lap pool with saline water treatment.
An extensive array of group classes are held everyday. From step and yoga to
water aerobics, you can find a class that is right for you. After your workout
relax at the juice bar and enjoy the enveloping view of the lake and mountains.

at the Fitness Center
offering massages, hot
stone treatment and
reflexology.
The Fitness Center is run by
Fitness Director and
trainer Steve Panetta.
In addition to personal
training, the center
